This is a quick, easy and delicious recipe well suited to the BBQ

800g Firm white Fish Fillets eg. Flathead, Snapper
2 tblspns Maharajah's Choice Tandoori Paste (See Cooking Notes)
1 carton (200ml) natural yoghurt
2 tblspns vegetable oil
1 tblspn lemon juice

  1. Clean, wash and dry fish fillets. Cut into approximately 12cm pieces
  2. Mix Yoghurt, oil, lemon juice and Maharajah’s Choice Tandoori Paste
  3. Marinate fish in the marinade for minimum 1 hour (preferably overnight)
  4. Fish can be cooked on a BBQ hot plate or grilled/fried. Brush remaining marinade over fish while cooking
  5. Serve hot with salads and Indian bread, or alternatively, this dish can be served with rice and vegetable curries

Cooking Notes
The quantity of Maharajah's Choice Tandoori Paste can be increased or decreased according to taste
