Serves 4 
            This is a quick, easy and delicious recipe well suited to the BBQ 
         
         
        
  
800g Firm white Fish Fillets eg. Flathead, Snapper 2 tblspns  Maharajah's Choice Tandoori Paste (See Cooking Notes) 1 carton (200ml) natural yoghurt 2 tblspns vegetable oil 1 tblspn lemon juice          
         
          
        
        
- Clean, wash and dry fish fillets.  Cut into approximately 12cm pieces
 - Mix Yoghurt, oil, lemon juice and Maharajah’s Choice Tandoori Paste
 - Marinate fish in the marinade for minimum 1 hour (preferably overnight)
 - Fish can be cooked on a BBQ hot plate or grilled/fried.  Brush remaining marinade over fish while cooking
 - Serve hot with salads and Indian bread, or alternatively, this dish can be served with rice and vegetable curries
