800gms cubed Skinless Chicken
2 tblspns Maharajah's Choice Hot Curry Paste
3 tblspns Oil
2 medium Onions sliced
400gm can Whole Tomatoes
1 large Green Capsicum, cored, deseeded and cut into squares
ΒΌ cup Water
Finely sliced red chilli to garnish

 
  1. Heat oil in a heavy based saucepan
  2. Add onions and fry until golden brown
  3. Add curry paste and water, blend together
  4. Add pieces of chicken and fry for 3-5 minutes
  5. Add tomatoes
  6. Cover and cook for 15 minutes
  7. Add capsicum and cook uncovered until liquid has evaporated and the chicken is cooked through
  8. Garnish with finely sliced red chilli
  9. Serve with boiled Basmati rice and accompaniments of your choice
