- Place all ingredients into large mixing bowl. Knead with hands until the mixture is well blended and has the consistency of a paste.
- Mould small balls of the mixture (approximately the size of a walnut) and place 4 or 5 on a kabab skewer and barbeque until cooked. Alternatively, the mixture can be moulded into patties and fried or Barbequed.
- Serve with a green salad and dipping sauce such as Raita or Chilli Sauce.
Adding Maharajah’s Choice Chilli Powder will add more zest for those who enjoy spicier food.
This recipe can also be made using Minced chicken meat. The only change to the ingredients would be to add 1˝ teaspoons each of cumin and coriander powder and not to add Turmeric. Chilli remains optional. The method would be the same.
